Christmas Time Blues

Posted on 21. Dec, 2008 by Mary Lutz in Mom Talk

Christmas is supposed to be a joyful, happy time of year. However, that is not true for some people. Sometimes the thought of Christmas brings on feelings of depression or sadness. For others, there are sad memories of events that happened around this time of year sometime in their past. While I’m no psychologist, I think it might be helpful to talk about these feelings with others who experience the same. So, if you are having feelings of depression or sadness this Christmas, why not post about it here and get some feedback and help from others who have been or are there as well. All you have to do is register as a contributor and you can be on your way to “voicing” your feelings and meeting others going through the same thing.

Another place to look into is Open Talk Mom networking site. All you have to do is join, which is quick and simple, and start a discussion on whatever topic you like.

Both Open Talk Mom sites are here for you! No matter what you’re going through or have been through. Also, if you’ve been through something, and have overcome it and are willing to help others, talk about that too!!! These sites are designed so we can help each other out!

Let’s get talking!
