Weight Loss Help for Moms!

 

I am horribly overweight, about 80 lbs to be exact! I really really want to lose weight! I can’t afford a weight loss program right now, so I thought a good place to get some support would be over at Open Talk Mom’s networking site. It’s the social networking site that coincides with Open Talk Mom (this one). I created it as a place moms could go to and get all the support they need. You can vent, spew, chat, talk about whatever is on your mind without being judged or put down for your feelings and thoughts. 

I thought there’s no better place to start my weight loss journal and journey and to get support from other people trying to lose weight as well.
