Thanksgiving Menu with recipes

Posted on 17. Nov, 2009 by Mary Lutz in Mom Talk

The turkeys (yes two of them) are thawing and we just picked up the final items for our traditional Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow. I’m so excited to get cooking, but I can’t yet because we have youth group tonight, so I thought I’d share with you all!

I am making:

Two roasted turkeys…Here’s the best recipe yet!

Butternut Apple Casserole

Baked acorn squash

Greenbean casserole: the traditional kind!

Cranberry Relish

this yummo Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

and my homemade mashed potatoes ( I don’t need a recipe for these! ) But if you want one, email me.

My daughter is bringing the dinner rolls and corn.

My mom is baking all the pies except the pumpkin swirl cheesecake mentioned above.

And my niece is bringing all the beverages including Cherry Limeade!

I cannot wait!!!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope your’s is blessed and safe!!!
